Physical Training is an important part of Criminal Justice @ GAVC
What a great 1st day of Physical Training (PT) for all of Mr.Dite’s classes.
The students learned about the physical standards that’s are required for entry into Illinois Police Academy’s, then started training towards reaching those standards.
They did some running, sit-ups and performed the sit and reach test. Great job students!!!
And a huge Thank You to Morris Community High School for allowing the students to use of the new outdoor track facility. It’s an absolutely great facility!!!
