The conferences are scheduled for Thursday, October 6th from 3:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M., and Friday, October 7th, from 8:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. Alumni Alert A former Coal City High School, and GAVC Criminal Justice student, Daina Smith enlisted in the U. S. Navy after graduation. Daina is a Petty Officer Second Class and is assigned to the Pacific Fleet Destroyer, USS Kidd DG-100. Petty Officer Smith just returned to her home port of Everett, Wa. after a 7 month deployment around the globe.
Mandatory Cosmetology Meeting The mandatory Cosmetology meeting for incoming students for April 2nd has been canceled. Students and parents will receive the handbook electronically, and the mandatory meeting will be rescheduled for a later date.

We will also accept sealed bids mailed in. The bids will be opened via Zoom at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 15th. If you would like to be part of the Zoom meeting, please email Joan Tully and a code will be sent to you 15 minutes prior to the meeting.
